Changing the preferred mirror in CPAN module

Recently I tried to install a couple of modules using the CPAN module’s shell. It turned out to be really irritating, because the mirror.icis.pcz.pl server went down and the module tried downloading necessary files from it using two different methods (loooong timeouts) before switching to another mirror. I had to find a way to instruct the module not to use the mirror that was down. The solution was to edit the /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/CPAN/Config.pm file, specifically modifying the urllist variable.
